Historic Heritage Square located inside Heritage & Science Park, is comprised of several beautifully restored turn of the 20th century homes (including the 1895 Rosson House) and buildings located on what was part of the original Phoenix townsite during the late 1800s. Today, the park itself is part of Phoenix’s downtown Copper Square.

The Rosson House - Heritage Square Foundation & Guild, a non-profit organization, provides docents/volunteers, educational programs, special events and historical activities for visitors of all ages at Historic Heritage Square in downtown Phoenix. Our mission: To preserve and interpret the Rosson House Museum through collections for the time period of 1895 through 1915 and to serve as stewards of Heritage Square.

Fundraiser Golf Tournament - Feb. 10, 2007

2nd Annual Golf Tournament at Aguila Golf Course

Aguila Golf Course is the newest addition to Phoenix’s roster of municipal golf courses. It was designed by golf course architect Gary Panks and spans an impressive 210 acres, with a beautiful desert view and 18 hole holes of golf. 

Registration is currently open for foursomes and individuals. Payment must be received by February 21st, 2008. Please call now to register over the phone at 602-261-8063 credit card payments are accepted or you may pay by check. Please send payment to the Rosson House Museum and make checks payable to RHHSF&G

Registration fees includes dinner, awards ceremony and silent auction to follow the tournament.

$350.00 Foursome, $90.00 Individual Golfers, $50.00 for Additional Dinner Tickets

View what life was like for Rosson House residents of Block 14, owners and tenants both, in early Phoenix during Arizona’s late territorial times all in its original location. Docent guided tours are held on the half hour and last approx. 30 minutes. Open: Wednesday-Saturday (10am-4pm) and Sunday (Noon -4pm). Admission: $5 adults, $4 seniors & students, $2 children 6-12 years old, Free 5 years old & under. Last tour on each day starts at 3:30pm. Ticket Office 602.262.5070. Closed Easter Sunday. Tour Passports include admission to the Rosson House Museum, Arizona Science Center, Phoenix Museum of History, Arizona Doll & Toy Museum and discount savings at their respective museum gift shops (Awesome Atoms, Heritage Square Emporium & PMOH Gift Shop, excludes AZ Doll & Toy gift shop) all located in Heritage & Science Park. The Teeter House Tea Room and Arizona Science Center Food Court also offer a discount with this passport. Passport Prices: Adults $19 & Children $10 each. Passports valid for 30 days after first use, one visit per venue. Passports are available for purchase at the Science Center.

Hands-On Heritage HouseThe fun and engaging Hands-On Heritage House  Education Center is entirely volunteer staffed, find out how you can get involved today!!! . Come join fun historical hands-on activities and exhibits inside the California bungalow style Stevens-Haustgen House. Look through a stereoscope, try your hand at old fashioned games, investigate the tools of kitchen and laundry duties over 100 years ago and more. This self guided exhibit space is a highlight of our scheduled school tours and Heritage Saturday activities.
