There are many ways you can get involved with the Rosson House Museum. You can volunteer your time and talent, become a member, or make a donation. Here is how you get started.
Volunteer
The Rosson House Museum needs volunteers. Our volunteers work in many areas of the museum: interpretation (public tours and school programs), education, administration, membership, graphics, marketing/public relations, research, museum store, and special events. Corporate volunteers are always welcome. Join our community now. Download the volunteer application here. Fill out the application and send to Marilyn Sklar, Director of Education and Communications, at education@rossonhousemuseum.org.
You can also find out about volunteering in person. The next informational sessions for prospective volunteers is Saturday, January 21, 10 am to 12 pm, and Wednesday, January 25, 6 pm to 8 pm, in the Lath House, North Meeting Room, behind the Rosson House Museum on Historic Heritage Square. Click here for a map. If you commit to volunteering, please be aware more training will be required based on your area of interest.
Membership
The Rosson House – Heritage Square Foundation & Guild, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, invites you to become a member. Historic Heritage Square was preserved not only for your enjoyment and use, but also for many generations to come. The Foundation & Guild’s mission is to support the educational, conservation, and interpretation activities at the Rosson House Museum and Historic Heritage Square. Our members help support these activities.

Free admission to cardholders and guests to Rosson House Museum for one year, quarterly members’ enewsletter, 10% off purchases in the Emporium (Rosson House Museum store), discounts on ticketed events, invitations to opening exhibits and members’ only events.
Student/Volunteer $ 20 (Admits cardholder and one guest)
Adult $ 25 (Admits cardholder and two guests)
Family $ 35 (Admits two adults and three children, including cardholder)
Supporter $ 60 (Admits cardholder and four guests)

Sponsor $100 (Admits cardholder and six guests)
(PLUS five extra guest passes upon request)
Patron $250 (Admits carholder and eight guests)

(PLUS fifteen complimentary tour passes, logo recognition on the website, and one private tour of the museum by appointment for groups of up to eight people)
Heritage Preserver $1,000 (Admits cardholder and twelve guests)
(PLUS 25 complimentary tour passes, logo recognition on the website, two private tours for groups of up to eight people, use of meeting rooms in Lath House one time per year, and sponsorship plaque displayed in museum store area)
Business Partner $2,500 (Admits cardholder and fifteen guests)

Donate
Support from donors helps our staff bring quality education programs and exhibitions to our visitors. Financial contributions also fund collections, conservation efforts, building maintenance, and our rose garden. We have many opportunities to make a donation. Make a gift to our annual fund or endowment. Become a private or corporate sponor for a special event. Support our rose garden by helping to “Adopt-A-Rose”.
