Daily Tour Information
*Tours leave every hour. Please call ahead for the daily tour schedule: 602.262.5070.
*Tickets may be purchased inside the Emporium, our museum store. It is the carriage house located next to the Rosson House Museum.
*The average tour ranges from 45 to 60 minutes. Please make your plans accordingly.
*The tour includes the Rosson House Museum and the Hands-On Heritage House.
*Seating is restricted inside the Rosson House Museum. Please inform your docent if seating is required. There is more seating inside the Hands-On Heritage House.
*There are two staircases inside the Rosson House Museum.
*All tours are in English. We are working on making the history of the Rosson House Museum available in other languages. Check back with us soon!
*Lights are low inside the Rosson House Museum to protect objects from light, which can damage and fade them.

Policies
*Strollers are not permitted inside the Rosson House Museum. They may be left inside the Emporium, the museum store, or on the front porch of the house. Strollers are permitted inside the Hands-On Heritage House.
*Drinks and food are not permitted at any time.
*We ask all visitors to refrain from touching objects.
*We kindly request that all visitors stay with the guide.
*Questions are encouraged. However, extraneous conversations can be distracting to other visitors in your group.
*Photography is permitted outside the Rosson House Museum only. No flash photos may be taken inside the Hands-On Heritage House, which is part of the tour.
*We gently remind visitors to turn off cellphones and other electronic devices during the tour.
*All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
*We ask parents to monitor children’s behavior so all visitors may have a pleasant visitor experience.

Accessibility
There is a wheelchair lift to the first floor of the Rosson House Museum. However, there is no wheelchair access to the second floor. We apologize for the inconvenience. There is wheelchair access throughout the Hands-On Heritage House.

Restrooms
There are NO restrooms available inside the Rosson House Museum or Hands-On Heritage House. The public restrooms are located under the stairs of the Lath House, behind the Rosson House Museum.

Please step into the Emporium, our museum store, before and after your visit for souvenirs, a cool drink, and visitor information.

Parking
Meter parking is available on Monroe Street. Heritage Garage provides other parking for regular size vehicles. When you visit and make purchases at the Museum or other businesses on Historic Heritage Square, ask to have your parking ticket stamped for a discounted rate.
